How long does delivery take?
Your order is printed to order in your own country — no international shipping, no customs. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then 3–8 days for domestic delivery. Most orders land within 7–12 business days. Longer at peak.
Can I return or change it after ordering?
Personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Reg. 28(1)(b)). We can't refund for typos or change of mind. We do replace anything we've misprinted or that arrives damaged — no quibble.

What's the quality like?
