How do group orders work?+

Choose a design and invite your people to add their own names and sizes. You decide who pays, then review the designs before checkout. One checkout for the group, delivered to the organiser’s address. Everyone checks out separately, using their own delivery address.

How fast is shipping?+

Printed to order and shipped with tracking. Check our shipping policy for your destination’s production and delivery estimates, and the available options at checkout. Allow extra time before your event; arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Can I return a personalized order?+

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, custom items are final sale — typos can't be refunded, so double-check before you check out. Genuine print errors or garment faults are always reprinted free.

What if it doesn't fit?+

The standard Softstyle tee fits true to size; the premium Comfort Colors 1717 is boxier and runs a touch shorter — size up for length. Full flat measurements for both are on our sizing charts.

About the Bugged Out Weekender

Bugged Out is Butlin's underground dance weekender — house, techno, drum and bass, and the deeper end of UK dance music at Bognor Regis. Three days of late sets, day parties, and a crowd that knows the difference between Bicep and Boris.
