Organiser questions

Running it — the practical bits

Can I order for the whole group in one go?

Yes — that’s the whole point. You pick a tee for each person, add their name and size, and check out once. It all prints together and ships to one address (yours). No chasing everyone for their own order.

Can every tee have a different name?

Every tee. Same design across the group or a contrast tee for the bride, with a different name on each — and a nickname on the back if you like. No minimum, no setup fee.

When should I order for the trip?

Printed to order in 1–2 working days, then shipped. For a weekend away, order at least a week ahead to be safe — sooner for big groups or if you’re cutting it fine.

What if someone needs a different size?

You set each person’s size in the same order — mix freely from XS to 4XL. Because every tee is printed to order, check the size guide before you order; the standard Softstyle fits true to size, the premium Comfort Colors is a boxier, heavyweight cut.

Personalized hen do t-shirts, sorted

Squad Society makes personalized hen do t-shirts and hen party shirts for the whole tribe — bride tribe tees, bridesmaid shirts and matching hen weekender outfits for Butlins Big Weekenders, city hens and weekends away. Every hen party shirt is personalized free: the bride distinguished on the front, names and roles on the back, printed in the USA with no minimum order.

HEN DO HQ

The complete hen do t-shirt guide

Matching hen do t-shirts turn a group of people who half-know each other into a proper squad by the time the first round lands. They make the photos, they make the strangers-in-a-bar recognise the bride, and they make you — the organiser — look like an absolute legend.

Here's the good bit: you don't have to chase everyone for sizes on a group chat that never sleeps. One person sets up the design, everyone else adds their own name and picks their own size, and it all arrives in one box, printed in the UK, with names printed free. No minimum order, group discounts of 5%, 10% and 15% as your numbers grow, and zero spreadsheets. This guide walks you through planning the day, deciding who wears what, and nailing the slogans — then you can shop hen do t-shirts whenever you're ready.

THE TIMELINE

How to plan the hen do

A hen do runs on momentum. Get the big rocks booked early and the rest is just tidying up. Here's the order that actually works.

  1. 8 weeks outLock the date & the guest listCheck the wedding date first, then poll the group for a weekend that works. Get a rough headcount before you book anything — it drives everything else.
  2. 7 weeks outSet the budget & collect depositsAgree a per-head number that won't scare anyone off, split costs early, and chase deposits before you commit your own card. Nobody remembers the drama, everybody remembers the day.
  3. 6 weeks outBook the destination & the headline activityCity break, spa weekend, cottage in the country — book the accommodation and one big activity now while there's still availability.
  4. 4 weeks outOrder the t-shirtsSet up one design, share the link, and let everyone add their own name and size. UK-printed with a comfortable turnaround, so 3–4 weeks out is the sweet spot. See how group orders work.
  5. 2 weeks outConfirm the plan & share the itineraryTimes, addresses, what to bring, where to meet. Drop it all in the group chat so you're not answering the same question fourteen times.
  6. Hen dayShirts on, phones charged, goHand out the tees, get the group photo before the first cocktail (trust us), and enjoy the day you built.

THE ROLES

Who wears what

Everyone's part of the tribe, but a little hierarchy in the wording makes the photos land. Here's the classic split.

The Bride

She gets the standout tee — "Bride", "The Bride", "Mrs To Be" or her new surname with a date. Different colour or a crown motif so she's spotted from across the room. This is her weekend; dress her like it.

Maid of Honour

Second billing. "Maid of Honour" or "Chief Bridesmaid" marks the person actually running the show (hi, that's probably you). A subtle nod that she's the one with the itinerary and the emergency plasters.

Bridesmaids

"Bridesmaid" plus first name keeps the wedding party tight and recognisable. Matching to the tribe but a rung up — perfect for the official photos and the wedding-morning throwback later.

The Hen Tribe

Everyone else — "Bride Tribe", "Team Hen", "Squad" plus first names. This is the crew, the chorus, the reason it's a party and not a coffee morning. Same design, own name, one delivery.

THE WORDING

Hen do t-shirt ideas & slogans

Mix a classy line for the group with a cheeky one for the front. Tap any of these to steal it — or riff on them with the bride's name, the city, or the wedding date.

"Bride Tribe" "Team Bride" "Last Fling Before The Ring" "On The Prosecco, Never The Fence" "Bride's Last Ride" "Here For The Bride & The Cocktails" "Mrs To Be" "The Final Sip-Up" "Hen Do Or Hen Don't" "Squad Goals, Bride Vibes" "Ring Leader" "Same Groom, Different Day" "Prosecco Before The Prosecco" "Bride's Better Half (The Tribe)" "Sleigh The Aisle" "Wine Not, It's Her Hen" "Feyoncé Approved" "The Hangover Loading…" "Nearly Married, Fully Merry" "Bride Squad, Assemble" "One Last Rodeo" "Champagne Campaign" "Bride's Tribe, Bride's Rules" "Kiss The Miss Goodbye"

QUESTIONS

Hen do t-shirt FAQs

How do personalised hen do t-shirts work?

One person sets up the design and shares a link. Everyone else opens it, adds their own name and picks their own size, and it all comes back as one order — one checkout, one delivery. No chasing sizes on the group chat.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order two tees or twenty-two — whatever your tribe adds up to. As numbers grow you unlock group discounts of 5%, 10% and 15%.

Are names printed for free?

Yes. Personalising each tee with a name is included — no extra charge per name, no hidden set-up fee.

How long before the hen do should I order?

Three to four weeks out is the sweet spot. Everything's printed in the UK, so you get a comfortable turnaround with buffer for last-minute joiners.

Can everyone pick their own size?

That's the whole point. Each person selects their own size and adds their own name when they open the link, so nobody ends up in a tee two sizes off.

Can the bride have a different design?

Absolutely. Give the bride a standout tee — different colour or wording like "Bride" or "Mrs To Be" — while the tribe matches. Browse the bride tribe range to see the options.

Do you deliver everything together?

Yes — one order, one box, one delivery to the organiser. No parcels turning up at fourteen different addresses on fourteen different days.

What if someone joins the group late?

As long as you're inside the ordering window, just send them the link. If it's after you've ordered, pop in a quick second order — no minimum means late joiners aren't a problem.
