How fast is shipping?+
Printed in the USA and shipped fast, with tracking — typically printed in 1–2 days and shipped in 2–3. Order-by dates for each event show on the product page so your crew is covered in time.
Can I return a personalized order?+
Because each piece is personalized and made to order, custom items are final sale — typos can't be refunded, so double-check before you check out. Genuine print errors or garment faults are always reprinted free.
What if it doesn't fit?+
The standard Softstyle tee fits true to size; the premium Comfort Colors 1717 is boxier and runs a touch shorter — size up for length. Full flat measurements for both are on our sizing charts.
