How does personalisation work?+

Open any design and type your names, roles and dates straight onto the shirt — you get a live preview before you buy. Every name is printed free, and each person in your group can have a different design in one single order.

How do group orders work?+

Choose a design and invite your people to add their own names and sizes. You decide who pays, then review the designs before checkout. One checkout for the group, delivered to the organiser’s address. Everyone checks out separately, using their own delivery address.

How fast is shipping?+

Printed to order and shipped with tracking. Check our shipping policy for your destination’s production and delivery estimates, and the available options at checkout. Allow extra time before your event; arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Can I return a personalized order?+

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, custom items are final sale — typos can't be refunded, so double-check before you check out. Genuine print errors or garment faults are always reprinted free.

What if it doesn't fit?+

The standard Softstyle tee fits true to size; the premium Comfort Colors 1717 is boxier and runs a touch shorter — size up for length. Full flat measurements for both are on our sizing charts.

Choose a design, open the personaliser and review the options available for that design. Check each person’s name, garment, colour and size in the live preview before saving. Use the squad order builder to keep everyone’s saved designs together and review the basket before checkout.

Group discounts apply across all products: 5% off 4 or more items, 10% off 10 or more and 15% off 20 or more. Check the discount and final total in your basket.

Order ahead of your event
